Areas of Responsibility:
*Performs all the functions related to the product development and critical analysis of the developments of existing and new products.
*Coordinates and manages new product introduction schedule and activities, and cross-product issues throughout theproduct life cycle.
*Work closely with test and process engineers during bring-up and production release to drive debug activities, reliability yield enhancement.
*Examines equipment, processes, operations and assembly process to ascertain time and quality revisions and suggest improvements.
*To evaluate the different proposals for proposed changes in packaging graphic, body graphics and body colors as per ECR (Engineering Change Request).
*Evaluates products in detail against customers complaints
